OUR MISSION
Silverbacks Lacrosse Club is an invite-only national program for athletes ready to compete at the highest level of club lacrosse. We bring together elite players from coast to coast, emphasizing strong team chemistry and a commitment to growth both on and off the field.
Our mission is to give players the opportunity to compete against the nation’s top programs, gain meaningful exposure, and navigate the college recruitment process—while instilling the work ethic, accountability, and confidence needed to succeed beyond lacrosse.
Everything we do is built around a few core principles.
In a landscape crowded with all-star teams, we believe real success is built on chemistry. Through high-level competition, intensive training camps, and time spent bonding on and off the field, we build teams that trust, connect, and compete as one.

Our program is designed to develop athletes from the ground up - sharpening lacrosse IQ and teaching players how their individual strengths elevate the team. By competing in the nation’s top tournaments and guiding players through the recruiting process, we prepare them not just to play at the next level, but to succeed there.

Great coaching goes beyond the whistle. Our coaches have played in top programs across the nation, but what sets them apart is their ability to teach, connect, and lead. They invest fully in each player’s growth by challenging them, supporting them, and holding them to a higher standard.
