We are an elite-level invite only national lacrosse program with talent from coast to coast.

We believe in team chemistry, player development, exceptional coaching, and instilling life lessons that go well beyond the lacrosse field.

Our goal is to provide a platform that allows our players to compete at the highest level playing against the best programs, aiming to prepare them for the college recruitment process.

Team Chemistry

Every year, there are more and more all-star driven club programs. While they are a good draw for players to showcase their individual skills, they miss an essential aspect of what real success in this game is about — chemistry and overall teamwork.

Our goal is to field the most competitive club team, made up of players from all over the country, while emphasizing teamwork, chemistry and preparation. In other words, we will be the best of both worlds — a talent driven team that plays together, no matter the outcome of the contest. In addition to our rigorous yearly tournament schedule, we will hold several intensive training camps where players will bond both, on and off the field, creating memories and friendships that will last a lifetime. By combining individual excellence with a mastery of team schematics and dynamics, our goal is to create a culture that is not only fun to be a part of, but correlates into on-field success.

Make no mistake, this team will be about winning and competing for championships.

Player Development

We are committed to developing all of our players into the best they can possibly be. Each position in this game has certain traits that can be worked on to improve ones performance come game time. Our coaching staff plans to hone in on those fundamentals, while also diving into the details it takes to incorporate those skills into the team dynamic. We will enter the most competitive tournaments during the year (with an emphasis on East Coast play), while creating, building, and ultimately executing a team-first mentality amongst our players and coaches.

By participating in the top tournaments nationwide, our players will have exposure to college coaches at all levels, and the ability to compete against the very best players in their graduating class. Our program will help them navigate the process of college recruitment and assist them in developing both the athletic and professional skills they need to succeed in the game of life.

Exceptional Coaching

All of the coaches on the Silverbacks Coaching Staff have played this game at the highest level for a long time. They are not only sought after for their coaching expertise, but more importantly in their understanding of how to get the best of their players. Each coach believes there is more to lacrosse than just the athletic nature of the game, and are proud to lead these young men by example.

Our coaches are fully bought in and invested in the growth of our players, both as athletes and as young men. Their success in coaching stems from a commitment to being able to genuinely connect with each player, while building meaningful relationships that extend beyond the game. This program cares about life after lacrosse, and we plan to instill life lessons that will be carried on as they age into men of high character.
